SUNAH adds to its large range of services the support in negotiation and the finalisation of the consultants/contractors contracts. This new proposal of service results from difficulties that SUNAH’s clients have met in a exponential way these last years: SUNAH being generally called for help a posteriori for solving complex contract situations issued by badly finalized/negociated or incomplete contracts, SUNAH asked a new senior consultant specifically skilled for this, Vincent Roux-Trescases, ex-managing director of Ricardo Bofill’s taller de arquitectura and Christian de Portzamparc’ architects firm. Vincent Roux-Trescases followed a double curriculum (law and management: Sciences Po Paris).
